cover from the French Consulate in Buenos Ayres with consular cachet in blue, bearing French Napoleon Yvert 32, 80c rose, tied by lozange in anchor with boxed PD and octagonal French Paquebot "Buenos-Ayres" with fleuron (Salles 1058) and Condom arrival and forwarded to Montreal-du-Gers.
