envelope endorsed "Division D'Occupation du Tonkin" and cancelled by Lao-Kai Tonkin double-ring with Military cachet "23rd Regiment D'Artilerie 6th Battalion / Le Lieutenant Commandant" with undated Corps Exped Annam Tonkin, routed via Ba-Hoa, Than-Quan, Son-Tay and Ha-Noi with French arrival.
