Registered envelope bearing SG146, 28 sating brown tied by bilingual Bangkok 2 datestamp with matching registered label, received in Brussels and returned with the instructional "Retour a L'Envoyeur" opened on arrival in Bangkok and sealed with "Royal Siamese Postal Department Officially Sealed" label in red.
