envelope to the Surgeon on "H.M.S. Barflur" Wei-Hai-Wei bearing Chinese Imperial Post SG110, 2c red tied by Chefoo dollar chop mixed with Wei Hai Wei courier post SG4, 5c yellow green (uncancelled). The local post stamp has been applied to pay the postage to the SHIP but the Revenue has been collected in cash and so the Wei-Hai-Wei stamp has remained uncancelled.
