Envelope to France written from Pointe a Pitre bearing French General Colonies Yvert 13, 40c orange and Yvert 20, 30c brown (imperf pair) tied by dotted lozange with adjacent "Paq Fr. Pointe a Pitre Guad" double ring sent on the French paquebot "Washington" with octagonal "Col Fr. Paq. Fr. B. No1" datestamp (salles 1446) and Bordeaux arrival on reverse. Very fine. (pt)
