Cover addressed to a passenger on the French steamer "Dupleix" at Colombo bearing India SG 121, 1/2 a green tied by Chandernagor double ring, forwarded from Colombo to French China, underpaid with tax hand-stamp and bearing Indo-China postage due Yvert 10, 20c brown (pair) applied and tied on arrival by Saigon Cochinchine double ring.
