Philippines 1843 Pre-stamp envelope from MALTA forwarded via Gibralter

written from Malta with handstruck Gib. S. Roque And. Baxa transit in Red to Cadiz. The bearer has deposited the envelope at the Spanish Post Office in Cadiz with all the mail from the Philippines. The envelope has been cancelled twice with the Boxed Filipinas in Red and Taxed 52 R in manuscript with Cadiz arrival on reverse and 2 destination slits. Extremely scarce and possible UNIQUE item for the Exhibitor of Philippine mail. (pt)
