ChinaIreland 1805 Incoming letter from Bombay, India
with oval Bombay Ship Letter on reverse, charged 1/5 erased, routed via London with "Ship Letter London" datestamp and Bishop mark on reverse, charged 4d for the ship to Ireland also erased with Dublin bishop charged 2/- on arrival with manuscript "Missent to (Sligo)" handstamp and forwarded to Ballymote. Very fine item of postal history. (pt)
