Cover bearing 5c blue tied by Matanzas duplex addressed to St. Pierre et Miquelon with arrival and forwarded to Fort de France martinique with boxed instructional "Inconnu" and "Retour A L'Envoyeur" applied and envelope re-directed to Quebec with boxed hand-stamp "Dead Letter Office" and returned to Matanzas 8 months later.
